Our Competition Landing Mats meet the specifications
of USAG, FIG, NCAA, and the National High School Federation for gymnastics
competitions. All landing mat covers are made from heavy duty 18 oz. vinyl.
The mat covers are reinforced by double sewing the seams and have extra vinyl
binding on all edges for increased abrasion resistance. The mat was designed
with a Dual Foam Core System: a softer 1-3/8" crossed-link polyethylene foam over
a firmer polyurethane foam which provides ideal firmness and footing for better takeoffs and
landings. For compact storage, fast and easy setup and take-down, these
mats are available in non-folding (NF) or bi-folding (BF) design.
An optional Velcro Connection System is available on all landing mats.
During fabrication, a 4" velcro strip can be sewn to connect mats end to end
or side to side to create a continuous landing area. Please specify
V2 or V4 when ordering this option.
